Shares Settings Overview

Settings
This is where an admin can set the marketplace settings for the organization. The settings can be found under the Settings option.


1. Share Price

Here you can set the price of a single share in your organization

2. Minimum Share Market Place

Here you can set the minimum price a user can sell a single share. You can input either the minimum value of a share or the minimum percentage of the share price that each share can be sold at.

3. Maximum Shares Per Member

Here you can set the maximum share value a single user in your organization can own. No user will be allowed to own more in share value than the value set here.

4. Minimum Share Threshold

Here, you set the minimum shares a member of your organization can own so that they are recognized as members of the organization. You can set either the minimum share value or the minimum number of shares a user can own. No user will be allowed to sell shares and remain with a share count below the shares set above.
