Loan Listing Overview

Loan Listing is the page where you can see all loan data in your organization.

Description




1. Search

You can search for any loan using the searchbar. By default it searches using everything (loan number, customer name, customer phone, ID number and employee number). To increase search speed, you can specify one of the options in the dropdown above. It will be saved for the next time you need to use search.

2. New Loan
You can click the button to create a new loan. You can click here to learn more.

3. Additional Settings



      a. Export Loan Listing


The dropdown shows all the available fields that can be exported as sheet headers. The export will be in csv format. The data exported will be from the table after all filters have been aplied (More on filters below).

      b. Import Loans from CSV
This will redirect to a new page where you can import your loans. The format expected is in CSV. 

      c. Refresh Balances
This will refresh the loan listing table with the most recent data from the database.

4. Filter by Date

The dropdown filters by using created, disbursement, maturity or accrued date. 

The date range can be selected from given options. Clicking on custom range brings up a date range picker.

5. Filter by Loan State

You can filter the data you want by using the state of the loan.

6. Filter by Label
This enables filtering using labels

7. Filter by Branch
If organization has more than one branch, you can use this dropdown to filter data for each branch

8. Filter by Sales Representative
To see loans allocated by a specific sales representative in your organization, you can use this filter

9. Additional Filters

a. Filter By Year - Filter data by Year
b. Filter By Quarter - Filter by quarter in year
c. Filter By Month - Filter by a month
d. Filter By Product - Filter by loan product. These are dependent on loan products offered by organization
e. Filter By Rating - Filter by loan ratings
f. Filter By Group - Filter loans by groups
g. Filter By Organization - Filter by various organization
h. Filter By Loan Type

You can filter by normal, rollover or top up loans

i. Include Archived - This, when enabled includes loans which have been archived.
j. Filter By Balance Amount

You can filter using one of the conditionals to find loans with balances in selected range

10. Table Rows

You can add or remove headers to view  loans by clicking the eye icon and selecting or deselecting headers to show.

Table


This is the default table layout. represents the loan number. Date represents date when loan was created. Maturity has the maturity date of the loan and the loan product. Customer has the full names of the customer and their mobile number. Loan Status represents the status of the loan. A loan can be in draft, in progress, approval pending, awaiting posting, denied and completing. Payment represents the payment status of the loan. Payment can be not paid, partially paid and paid. Bal BF is the balance . Principal is the principal of the loan. Disbursed is how much was given to customer. Interest is the interest gained by the loan so far. Penalties are the penalties obtained by the loan. Paid is how much has been paid back by customer. Balance is how much the client owes the organization in total. Xls is only visible if the loan is completed. It gives a link to download the loan as xslx. Details has a clickable button which directs you to a page which shows more details about that loan.
