How to Send a Scheduled Text Message

Here's a guide on how to schedule an SMS on the Presta platform:


  1. Log in to your Presta account and Navigate to the 'Setup' menu, then click 'Notification Schedule' in the side menu.



  1. On the 'Notification Schedule' page, locate and click the '+ New Notification' button.


  1. You'll be directed to the 'SMS Notifications Scheduler' page. Here, choose the group you want to send the SMS to from the dropdown menu. Craft your message in the designated text field. Set the schedule status according to your preference, whether you want it active or Inactive for later. Enter the start date for the SMS notification. If you wish to send recurring notifications, also specify the repeat date.


  1. Ensure you've set up groups in your customer listing beforehand. If not, navigate to the customer listing, filter the required group, and save the filter.



  1. After entering all the necessary details, click on 'Save' to schedule your SMS notification.

  2. Voila! Your SMS notification is now scheduled and ready to go out according to your specified settings.

  3. Furthermore, you have the option to track the activity of your campaign. This includes valuable insights such as the number of times the scheduled SMS has been sent, the total number of recipients who received the SMS, and the ability to download this information into an Excel file for further analysis.
