How to offset Loans Usings Savings, Shares and Overpayment

  1. Go to Customers->Customers
  2. Search for the customer and click on their name
  3. On the customers profile, click on Membership Details

  4. On the savings and shares sections, you will see a list of accounts as shown below
  5. Click on the action you want to perform. You can either allocate the savings to either a loan or a fee
  6. Fill in the details below as required and click on Reallocate
    1. Posting Date - Reallocation date
    2. Description
    3. Amount - This is the amount to reallocate
    4. Reallocate to: Select the loan you want to offset.
