Notifications Scheduler

A notification scheduler is set on a customer category (label). 

Prerequisites

  1. Create a Label
  2. Add Customers to the Label
  3. Save filter
To create a label:
  • Click on New Category and select New Label

  • Fill in the form details

    • Name - Name of the label.For example, Salaried customers.

    • Description - Brief description of the label, for example, Check off customers.

    • Make Customer - This will add a customer from the label and will enable group savings, shares and loans.

    • Add all customers - This will add all existing customers to the label

    • Remove all customers - This will remove all customers from the label

    • Products - Allows you to select the loan products that customers in the label created can apply. For example, I can select a salary advance product. This will mean the customers in the salaried customers label can only apply for salary advance loan product.

  • Click on submit to save.

To add a customer to a label:

  • Go to Customers -> Customers

  • Search for the customer and click on edit

  • In the user categories section, select the label created

  • Click on Save & Back to save the changes


Save a filter
You can access the customer list, filter and save a filter and export customer details.
  • On the customers page, you can filter based on the option listed below


  • Once you filter the list, for example, select a salaried customer label. Click on save filter. To save this view.

  • Select whether it is a new filter or updating an existing filter

  • Enter the name and click on Save changes

To access the new filter, click on Table views and click on the filters saved.


To access Notification Scheduler.

  •  Go to Set up  -> Navigation Scheduler

  • Click on New Notification

  • Fill in the details


    • To : Select the Filter you had saved

    • Message : Configure the message. To enter the SMS Scheduler parameters copy from the right as shown above and paste in your message. The SMS Scheduler parameters are used when you want the system to automatically input these details.For example.
      Dear @@firstName -> This will automatically pick the first name of the clients. For example, Dear Mary.

    • Schedule Status: Activates or deactives a scheduler

    • Start Date: Set up the date and time the notification will start.

    • Repeat: Select the cycle the notifications should be sent. You can customize the cycle by selecting custom

  • Click on Save Schedule
