How to Issue a Loan Rebate - Guide

Step 1 - Logging in to Presta Loan Management Account
Login at https://accounts.presta.co.ke/ and choose Presta (Loan Management)

Step 2 - Navigate to Loan to Issue Rebate 
Once you are in Presta (Loan Management) select loans and choose "All Loans"

When you select all loans, you should be able to search for the loan you want to issue a rebate 


Once you locate the loan you should click on their name and it will load the loan profile as shown below


On your far right click the gearbox icon and select "Issue Rebate"


Step 3 - Issue Rebate
Once you select issue rebate the window below will appear, following its guidance issue the rebate
