How to Close/ Write off a Loan
To Write off a loan.
- Go to Loans->All Loans and search for the loan.
- Click on Go/ on the client's name to open the loan profile
- Click on the setting icon and select write off loan as shown below
- Enter the write off date, click on the checkbox to confirm that you understand that the action is irreversible and click on Writeoff Loan
