How to add a new customer

To add a new customer:

1. Click on 'customers' dropdown as shown below

 

2. Click on the New Customer button

3. Fill in the customer details in the bio data page and upload documents in the documents page

 

4. Synch the customer with IAM and activate USSD, Click on the Activate USSD button

5. Click on the submit button to save the new customer.

6. To invite the customer to use USSD, search for the customer in the customer list and click on the arrow under the actions tab as shown below

7. Click on invite tab

8. A pop-up containing the customer's contacts will appear, click on the send invite button and the customer will receive an SMS.
