To import member balances:
1. Click on the Customers dropdown that is as shown below
2. Click on Import Member Balances. You will be directed to the Import Balances page.
3. Click on New Member Balance to add the balances of a specific customer.
4. Fill in the form
5. Once the balance is added, you can post, edit or delete the balance record
Click on the buttons as shown below to either post, edit or delete
POST
Confirm POST action by clicking on Post Balance. Once posted, the status changes from not accounted to accounted.
An accounted record cannot be posted, edited or deleted.
DELETE
Confirm DELETE action by clicking on Delete Balance.
BULK ACTIONS
To import member balances in bulk;
1. Click on the Bulk Actions dropdown
2. Select Import CSV.
3. Download Member Balance template
4. Fill the CSV file and upload it.
Once the file is uploaded, the results will be displayed if all recorded were successfully uploaded, you will see the results.
If there was an error while uploading, the error will be displayed and the the records affected with the error.
5. To post all imported balances, Click on the Bulk Actions dropdown and select POST All. A prompt will appear to
confirm this action, click on Post Balance button
6. To delete all imported balances, Click on the Bulk Actions dropdown and select DELETE All. A prompt will appear to confirm this action, click on the Delete Balance button
