How to create a Web User and Assign Roles

  1. Log into your account, open the Users and Roles(IAM) Module

  2. Click on Access Management and then on Users
  3. Click on Add Web User
  4. Enter the following details:
    1. Select the Role(s) to assign to the user
    2. Select Label:
      1. Sales Rep -If the user is a sales representative
      2. Admin - If the user is an admin
      3. Leave it blank - If the user is neither a sales rep or admin
    3. First Name - Enter the first Name of the user
    4. Last Name - Enter the last Name of the user
    5. Phone Number - Select the country code and enter the phone number in the 2547XXXXXXXX format
    6. Email : Email of the user
    7. Username: User name they will enter when loggin in. Recommended: Enter the user's email
  5. Click on Save User. To save the user.
