How to assign roles to a user

How to assign roles to a user

You can have users within your account with different roles and permissions.

To give a user roles


  • Go to Setup

  • Access management

  • Search for that user and click edit as shown on the image below;



Ensure the user has a valid email for which they will use to log in to the account after the settings.

Once you click edit, a new page will appear where you get to select the wanted roles from the available and assign. 


  • Under the Available roles check on the checkboxes on the actions as shown below

  • Click on the single arrow pointing towards selected roles

  • Click Save Roles



As soon as you click on the save button the roles will now move to the selected roles as shown below and will have been assigned to the user.
